# Referral Rewards

> Earn a share of trading fees from the traders you refer to BULK.

## Tiers

| Tier | Eligibility | Referrer rewards | Referred trader benefit |

| **Base** | Default for all referrers | 10% of L1 and 1% of L2 net fees | +5% Trading AURA boost |
| **Top Partner** | \$1B lifetime volume (personal + L1) | 15% of L1 and 2% of L2 net fees | +10% Trading AURA boost |

Your rates depend only on your own tier, not on the tier of the traders you refer.

## Referral Levels

**L1:** a trader who signs up through your referral link.

**L2:** a trader who signs up through your L1's referral link.

Rewards are earned on L1 and L2 only.

Example rewards when a referral pays \$10,000 in net fees:

## Net Fees

Net fees are the trading fees paid by your referrals after rebates and discounts. The following fees and volume are not counted:

* Fees and volume from accounts that qualify for maker rewards or are whitelisted market makers
* Trades executed through builder codes

## Trading AURA Boost

The boost increases a referred trader's share of the fixed weekly AURA supply. No additional AURA is minted.

## Referral Link and Invite Slots

Access codes have been replaced by a single referral link per trader, and each remaining access code has been converted into one invite slot.

* Each new trader who signs up through your link uses one invite slot.
* When you have no slots left, new traders cannot sign up through your link until you earn more.
* Traders who joined with your access codes remain your L1 referrals.
* You earn **1 invite slot** for every **\$100,000** of your own trading volume.

## Payouts

* Rewards are paid weekly in USDC.
* Each payout week runs from Saturday 12:00 UTC to the following Saturday 12:00 UTC.
* A new tier applies from the start of the next payout week. Previous weeks are not recalculated.
* Amounts below \$1 roll over to the following week.

## Who Can Participate

All BULK traders can participate, except:

* Users in restricted jurisdictions under the [BULK Terms of Service](https://www.bulk.trade/terms)
* Accounts flagged for wash trading, self-referral or other abuse. Pending rewards for these accounts may be withheld.

## Additional Information

* There is currently no cap on referral rewards.
* Referral activity, invite slots, tier progress and rewards can be tracked on the referrals page.
* Referral link names are case sensitive.
